Originally from Peru and now based in San Jose, California, since the age of 12 Cathy has been building communities. High School and College community building lead to non-profits, churches, parenthood support, healthy marriage foundations and Hispanic lobbyists.
Community development is her passion. It’s her purpose. Cathy’s skills for building physical communities has transferred in to the virtual world. From local
communities to global communities. Her biggest love for the virtual world is the reach. Through social media, instead of thousands, now she reaches hundreds of thousands.
Now Cathy helps leaders spread their message through building online communities. Her own Spanish speaking community ‘Preguntas con Propósito’ has a Facebook following over 500,000. A community that she built in a record 11 months.
